To keep up with demand levels and allow for a faster turnaround, we have multiple facilities to help us to get your shipments out on time. Every harness and panels are 100% tested to the standard of Cirris Test before distribution to eliminate problems during installation and while in use. At our testing station we use a pull test machine to register whether the product is good or bad.

 

Crimp Force Analyzers (CFA) data is collected to show trends and assure all items are properly calibrated and to detect any missing strands and other crimp faults. If any crimp is flagged as bad, it will be removed from the production.
